I have been working as a coach since 2013. I am married with 3 grown-up children and live in South Dublin.

I love coaching. It means I can help people to bring out the best inside themselves and to achieve things they could never have imagined.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Executive Coaching and Life Coaching and an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Well- Being Coaching. I also have a Diploma in Spiritual Direction. I am a certified Jess practitioner and am accredited to use the Roche Martin 360 Emotional Capital Report.

As a Spiritual Director I am trained to provide compassionate guidance and companionship to those who are seeking connection with God. I can help you to recognize God’s voice and presence in your life and to find your own unique path with Him through life. The journey within to hear the small still voice cof God can be greatly enhaned through a Spiritual friend or Companion
Life Planning Workshops
This half day program to help you to determine what is most important to you in life and then assess if you are following through in these areas. Thes session will then help you plan your life around these values so that you will have a blueprint for living your unique satisfying life.
